Friends of the Library

Friends offers you:

• An opportunity to help the library financially through your dues and fundraising efforts

• A chance to utilize your leadership and creative abilities while serving the community

• The satisfaction of knowing your efforts help provide a superior collection of books periodicals, multi-media, and reference materials

Regular meeting are held on the 2nd Tuesday of January, April, August, and November at 5:00 pm in the small conference room at the library.  Special meetings may be called as needed.

What We Do
Our purpose is maintain an association of persons interested in books and libraries; to focus public attention on library services, facilities, and needs; and to stimulate gifts of books, magazines, desirable collections, and endowments and bequests.

Our goals are to:

• Provide support for library programming

• Provide financial support to purchase needed materials and equipment

• Increase library membership

• Increase library publicity
