O’Fallon Public Library has joined Library Ideas’ network of Public Library websites that offer access to songs from Sony Music’s catalog of legendary artists.  The service will allow the Library to increase the size and diversity of its collection by offering access to hundreds of thousands of songs.

Under the terms of the agreement, registered card holders can download up to three Sony Music tracks in the MP3 format each week at no direct cost.  The library will underwrite the purchase of the music.  We have been waiting a long time for a service like this that delivers great music, compatibility with lots of devices and simplicity of use.

All you need to access are your library card number and PIN number.  Go to library databases to get started.
