The O'Fallon Public Library  is located at 120 Civic Plaza. (Behind the Post Office.)  The Library provides services to the more than 29,000 residents living within the O'Fallon city boundaries.  It is a municipal library supported by the City of O'Fallon.

The library holds over 80,000 materials including over 64,000 books, and 4,500 compact discs, and books on CD, or MP3.  The library also has over 4,500 DVDs and videos available.

In total, over a 325,000 items were checked out of the library during fiscal year 2011-2012! In addition to these items, thousands of people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s high speed Internet connection, enjoy Wi-fi service, participate in computer and Internet training, view a Library exhibit, or attend one of the Library’s many events.

Our Mission

It is the mission of the O'Fallon Public Library to facilitate and promote lifelong learning, to emphasize and encourage reading and to provide resources, services, and programs meeting the needs of our diverse community.
